This article presents a teacher training initiative called Formative Atelier, grounded in Viktor Frankl's theoretical and methodological framework. The Formative Atelier adopts a dialogical methodology, featuring relational dynamics developed over seven weeks, centered on self-reflection and heightened awareness. Its aim is to foster meaning in teaching and a sense of life purpose. Based on the recorded outcomes, the proposal already demonstrates a meaningful contribution to teacher training.
