This study aims to investigate the Brazilian legislative agenda regarding proposed policies for improvements in Higher Education, using Critical School Psychology as a theoretical basis. This is a documentary research guided by historical-dialectical materialism. A mapping of bills (PLs) that address Higher Education, dated from 2020 to 2023, present in the Legislative Houses, was carried out. After the investigation based on their summary texts, the PLs were grouped and analyzed into thematic axes. A total of 530 PLs were identified, most of which were authored by the Chamber of Deputies. Furthermore, it was observed that the axis regarding the COVID-19 pandemic was the most frequent, with 17.2%, while that regarding the Psychologist's Role was the least, with 0.8%. In summary, it was revealed that the PLs are formulated in order to fulfill the neoliberal education agenda in the country.
