About the Journal
The Electronic Journal of Law and Politics (ISSN 1980-7791), classified as Qualis A2, aims to serve the academic-scientific community as a tool for disseminating and sharing various scientific contributions.
The EJLP or RDP in portuguese, is one of the scientific journals of the University of Vale do Itajaí (UNIVALI) and is linked to the Postgraduate Program in Legal Science at UNIVALI (CAPES rating 6), offering Master's and Doctoral courses.
No fees are charged to authors for registration, submission, processing, and/or publication of articles.
Publications will occur by the last day of April, August, and December each year. The journal encourages critical and ethical debates on topics related to “Constitutionalism and the Production of Law,” “Law, Jurisdiction, and Artificial Intelligence,” and “Environmental Law, Transnationality, and Sustainability,” which make up the editorial line of the journal.
The abbreviated title of the journal is *RDP*, which should be used in bibliographies, footnotes, references, and bibliographic captions.
