Abstract

Contextualization: The study is justified in light of the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence across various domains of human life, reflecting on and conditioning individuals, cultures, and forms of social organization, thereby revealing its contribution to the ongoing global transformations in various aspects of life and its potential to shape the future. The text is structured as follows: initially, it seeks to understand the paradigm of sus-tainability and the systemic perspective and new hermeneutic it introduces for the analysis of multiple social phenomena; subsequently, it investigates more directly one of the dimensions of sustainability, the so-called technological dimension, clari-fying the foundations that justify its treatment as a distinct dimension and presenting the issues and problems raised by technology that define the field of reflection and critique to which its meaning is more directly addressed; finally, it analyzes the de-velopment of artificial intelligence and the conditions of possibility for it to be benefi-cial to individuals and societies, at which point it responds to the raised hypothesis

Objectives: The research aims to demonstrate that the technological dimension of sustainability constitutes a new systemic and hermeneutic perspective for the development of trustworthy artificial intelligence (AI).

Methodology: To achieve the established purpose, the inductive method was chosen along with the techniques of bibliographic research, categorization, and referencing.

Results: In conclusion, it is determined that the technological dimension of sustainability is its own conceptual matrix and suitable for constructing a new systemic and herme-neutic perspective in relation to artificial intelligence (AI), endowing it with trust and centrality in human beings.
